Age Suitability

Spellfort is designed for players ages 13 and older. It is not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 may not use the service or provide voice recordings or other information.

What players experience

  • Voice-controlled memory, trivia, puzzle, sound, and imagination games presented through cinematic narration, music, and character dialogue.
  • A fantasy castle setting that can include mild peril, competitive rivalry, losing a challenge, or characters describing non-graphic conflict. Some adventures and trivia include infrequent, non-graphic references to war, weapons, death, illness, alcohol, and mild horror or fear themes. Spellfort is designed to avoid graphic violence.
  • Questions and stories involving general-interest topics such as animals, science, anatomy, history, music, and movies. This content is for entertainment and is not professional advice.

Online and interactive features

  • Spellfort requires microphone access and an internet connection. Spoken answers are sent to our systems and service providers so the game can understand and respond.
  • Spellfort does not currently include user-to-user messaging, a social feed, public profiles, or public distribution of player recordings or responses.
  • Spellfort does not currently contain advertising, real-money gambling, simulated wagering, or purchasable loot boxes.
  • The app provides fixed links to Spellfort support and legal pages, which open outside the app. It does not provide unrestricted in-app web browsing.

Age confirmation and family guidance

Before enabling the voice experience, the app asks the player to confirm that they are at least 13. This is a self-attestation, not identity or document-based age verification. Spellfort does not currently include parental-control tools.

A player who is under the age of legal majority where they live should use Spellfort only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Families should also review our Privacy Policy to understand how voice recordings, transcripts, and gameplay information are handled.

Automated content

Spellfort uses automated speech recognition and artificial intelligence to interpret answers, judge some guesses, and produce or select some game responses. These systems can misunderstand speech, make incorrect judgments, or occasionally produce unexpected wording. Game content and available adventures may change over time.
